• Story seed submission system for reader-suggested story ideas

2. Acceptance of Terms

User Submissions

When you submit a story seed, you grant Nightloom a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and create derivative works from your submission. You acknowledge that:

• Submitted ideas may be developed into full stories
• You will not receive compensation beyond any attribution we choose to provide
• We are not obligated to use or develop any submission
• Similar ideas may be submitted by others or developed independently

You represent that your submissions are original and do not infringe any third-party rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Stories on Nightloom are generated by artificial intelligence with human oversight
• All chapters are reviewed and approved by humans before publication
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content

6. Engagement and Community Guidelines

When using interactive features (reactions, polls), you agree to:

• Engage constructively and respectfully
• Not attempt to manipulate or game engagement systems
• Not use engagement features to harass or harm others

We reserve the right to remove or restrict users who violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
